Rustic Table Cocktail Recipes


  • The Gentleman

    2oz Jack Daniels
    1 1/2 Sweet and Sour
    1 Dash Angostura Bitters
    Cherry for Garnish

Fill shaker with ice. Add all ingredients and shake. Strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Top with cherry.

  • Woodford Manhattan

    2oz Woodford Reserve
    3/4 oz Carpano Antica (vermouth)
    3 dashes Angostura Garnish
    1 Orange Twist Garnish

Fill mixing glass with ingredients, add ice, stir gently. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

  • Jack Daniels Smash

    2oz Jack Daniels
    4 mint leaves
    3/4 oz Simple syrup
    3 lemon wedges

Muddle lemon wedges in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Slap a piece of mint between hands and garnish glass. Serve with a straw.

    1 1/2oz Glenlivet
    3/4oz Drambuie

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice and stir gently.

  • Sidecar

    1 1/2 oz Remy Martin VSOP
    3/4 oz Cointreau
    3/4 oz Lemon juice 
    Orange Twist
    Sugar Rim

Coat the rim of a coupe glass with sugar. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice, shake. Strain into glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

  • The Perfect Margarita

    1 1/2 oz el Jimador Tequila
    1 oz Cointreau
    1 oz Sweet and Sour mix
    Lime Wheel
    Salt rim

Coat margarita glass with lime and salt the rim. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, and shake. Strain into glass. Garnish with lime rim.

  • Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita

    1 1/2 oz el Jimador Tequila 
    3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
    1 oz Cointreau
    Fresh Lime juice
    2 fresh Jalapeño slices
    1 pineapple wedge
    tajin rim 

Coat margarita glass with lime and tajin. Muddle jalapeños with lime juice in a mixing glass. Add ice, tequila, cointreau, and pineapple juice. Shake and pour into glass. Garnish with pineapple wedge.

  • Surfer on Acid

    1 oz Jagermeister
    1 oz Coconut Rum
    1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice

Add all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a bucket glass filled with ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge.

  • Old Fashioned Original

    2 oz Old Forester Bourbon
    2 Dashes Bitters Angostura
    1 sugar Cube
    Orange Twist

Muddle one sugar cube with bitters and 1 tablespoon of water in chilled rocks glass. Add bourbon and stir. Add ice and stir. Squeeze an orange twist over glass and place it in glass on the side of ice.

  • The Maple Bacon

    2 oz Knob Creek maple Bourbon
    3/4 OZ brown sugar simple syrup
    3 dashes Orange Bitters
    Bacon pieces and 1 Strip Bacon
    1 orange peel

Add bacon pieces, brown sugar simple syrup, and bitters to shaker and add ice. Shake. Double strain into a rocks glass with ice. Add bourbon and stir. Garnish with bacon strip and orange peel.

  • The Banana Old Fashioned

    2 Oz Jack Daniels Rye
    1/2 Oz Banana Liqueur
    1/4 OZ Fernet
    2 dashes Bitters Angostura
    Banana Chips

In chilled rocks glass add banana liqueur, frenet, and bitter and stir. Add Jack Daniels rye and stir. Add ice and stir. Garnish with banana chips.

  • Texas Mule

    2 oz Titos
    3 oz Ginger beer
    1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
    Lime Wedge

In a mule mug filled with ice add Titos, fresh lime juice, and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge.

  • Guava Basil Mule

    2OZ Titos 
    3 oz Ginger beer
    2 oz Guava Nectar
    Fresh Basil
    Lime Wheel

Fill mule mug with Ice add Titos, guava nectar, spring of basil, add ginger beer, tumble. Garnish with fresh basil and lime wheel.

  • The Perfect Storm

    2 Oz Kraken Spiced Rum
    3 Oz Ginger Beer
    1/2 OZ fresh Lime 
    Lime Wedge 

In mug filled with ice add Kraken spiced rum, fresh lime juice, and ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedge.

  • Lady in Red

    2Oz Makers Mark
    1 Oz Pomegranate
    1/2 Oz Lemon juice
    3 oz Ginger beer

Combine lemon juice, pomegranate juice and Maker's Mark in a shaker ice. Shake and pour in mug filled with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lemon twist.

  • Sparkling French Martini

    1 Oz titos 
    1/2 oz Chambord
    1/2 oz Pineapple juice
    1 oz Sparkling wine
    fresh Raspberries

In a shaker filled with ice add Titos, Chambord, and pineapple juice. Shake. Strain into chilled martini glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

  • Raspberry Lemon Drop Martini

    1 1/2 oz absolut Citron Vodka
    1/2 oz Cointreau
    1/2 oz Chambord
    1 oz Lemon Juice
    3/4 oz Orange Juice
    2 sugar Cubes
    Lemon Twist

In a mixing glass add sugar cubes, lemon juice, and orange juice, muddle together till sugar is broken up. Add ice, vodka, cointreau, and chambord. Shake. Strain into a chilled lemon sugar rim glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon twist.

  • Mojito

    1 1/2 oz Rum 
    4 springs of mint
    1/2 oz Lime juice
    1/2 oz Simple Syrup
    3 oz Club Soda

In highball glass add mint and simple syrup and muddle. Add rum and stir. Add ice and top with club soda. Garnish with mint.

  • Raspberry Mojito

    1 oz Rum
    1 oz Raspberry vodka
    2 sprigs of Mint
    1/2 oz Lime Juice 
    4 to 5 fresh Raspberries
    1/2 oz simple syrup
    2 oz Club Soda 

In mixing glass muddle fresh raspberries, simple syrup, and lime juice. Add ice, rum and vodka. Shake. Pour into a highball glass and top with club soda. Garnish with Fresh Mint.

  • Pear Mojito

    1 1/2 OZ Bacardi Limon
    1 oz Apple Puckers
    5 mint Springs
    3 limes
    1/2 oz Simple Syrup
    1 oz Pineapple juice
    2 oz Club soda

In shaker muddle mint, limes, and simple syrup. Add ice, Bacardi, pineapple juice, and Apple Pucker. Shake. Pour into highball glass, top with club soda. Garnish with fresh mint.
